SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order, stock availabilty and estimated delivery
date for your approval. Once all items are in stock, we will send your order.
Upon receipt of your order, check that the box containing your order has not been damaged. We take
extra effort and extra care in packaging and packing your order. If however, the product has
been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so
claim can be lodged with our courier company.
We offer worldwide shipping, insurance included if preferred.
With careful packing and packaging, we guarantee that your items will reach you intact/undamaged.
Delivery within New Zealand usually takes 2 to 3 business days, additional 2 to 3 days
to rural areas. International deliveries would be 9 to 14 working days to Australia, 14 to 20 working days
to the rest of the world subject to customs clearance. As soon as we ship your parcel, we will email you the tracking number. For international shipping cost, email admin@madinz.co.nz.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small business, we are unable to take returns if you change your mind so,
please choose carefully. However, we will allow an exchange from our range of gifts
of equal or greater value and just pay the difference.
If you are buying a gift for someone, you may ask for an exchange card to allow your recipient to
choose a replacement. It could be of equal or greater value from our range of gifts.
If the gift is of greater value, he/she can just pay the difference.
We always aim to give our customers with products of the best quality. If in case a faulty item
has slipped through our comprehensive quality inspection, the item may be returned within
2 weeks of purchase. It must be in its original, as new condition and must be safely and
securely packaged in its original packaging.
MADINZ reserves the right to repair or replace goods being returned in the first instance.
However, if the item is not repairable, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
